In the 4 days since I started jogging, I’ve cut 2 minutes off my mile! My goal is 12 minutes- right now I’m at 15. My ultimate goal is 5 miles a day, but baby steps :) also, if you’re still reading this since I’ve stopped and started so many times, hello and thank you.
What do all these things have in common? Oh just the fact all 3 have helped me lose 25 pounds since Christmas and 3 inches in the past 3 weeks!
Also I started treadmill workouts. Added a mile a day and an hour of yoga to my 30 day challenge thing, which I sadly did terrible at this month…
Running on the treadmill is a dangerous hobby for the graceless. Naturally I’ve taken it up and obviously I slid off and hit the wall.
So… It’s hard for me to get back to burpees after rest day. I hate them so. Still killin those squats though!
Don’t mind the stuff in the back. The garage doubles as the sewing room. Am dying from workout today.
This is basically my life now. Doing a new 30 day challenge each month this year and training for a half marathon. It may sound a bit crazy, but I need fucking crazy to get myself where I want to be.
Well once again I am terrible at this, but I do have good news! I have lost 20 lbs and am getting back in the saddle with my exercising. Had a little health scare and a big move but I’m hoping to be back now at least once a week.
